Referral Templates

General Practice Gold Coast has a range of auto-populating referral templates that services can download into their software. These include:

• GCH Specialist Outpatient Department Clinics
• GCH Emergency Department
• GCH Mental Health ACT
• GCH Palliative Care
• HEAL programs, e.g. heart failure, COPD, type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease
